Chip Morgan serves as Chief Financial Officer for Saban Capital Group.  In this capacity, Mr. Morgan oversees all of Saban Capital Group’s financial affairs and reporting, as well as Human Resources and Information Technology.

Previously, Mr. Morgan was a tax partner with Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Young, and Vice President, Tax and Corporate Assurance, with a NYSE-registered semiconductor manufacturer.  Mr. Morgan has an international tax focus, with experience in a variety of cross-border M&A and reorganization transactions.

Mr. Morgan holds a BS in Accounting from University of North Carolina, and a JD from Columbia University.
