MNC Sky Vision

In July 2012, Saban Capital Group acquired a minority stake in PT MNC Sky Vision Tbk (“Sky Vision”) as the largest anchor investor in the company’s initial public offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Sky Vision, Indonesia’s dominant pay TV operator with 69% market share, operates three branded pay TV services – Indovision, Top TV and OkeVision – and is the only pay TV operator in Indonesia with nationwide coverage (reaching all 13,700 islands). Sky Vision is based in Jakarta.
