Kai Hashitani Senior Analyst, Acquisitions

Kaiyu Hashitani is a Sr. Analyst, Acquisitions at Saban Real Estate, focused on the firm’s manufactured housing investment platform. He supports the acquisitions team in evaluating and underwriting new investments, including acquisitions, recapitalizations, and value-add opportunities in manufactured housing communities. His work includes building financial models, conducting market and asset-level analysis, coordinating due diligence, and preparing investment memoranda for the investment committee.

Prior to Saban, Kaiyu was a Lead Investment Analyst at Crystal View Capital, where he built and maintained fund and asset-level models, including joint venture structures and fund waterfalls, to track a $650 million, 115-property portfolio. He led due diligence and underwriting for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinances, and supervised a team of junior analysts.

Kaiyu holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
