Prior to joining Saban, Ms. Chen served as Senior Analyst of Asset Management at Perform Properties, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, managing business plans for 33 assets totaling 6.6 million square feet across Northern California. She also held asset management roles at Montana Avenue Capital Partners and Macerich, where she focused on financial modeling, portfolio reporting, and value-add execution across office and retail assets.

Ms. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
